With the importance of History and creating memorials for our loved ones, Faces Of SD&G don't believe in charging exorbitant fees. With our one time fee structure, you won't have to worry about recurring monthly payments to keep your family members memorial page going. There are no ongoing fees associated with this service. Upon purchasing your QR Code Plate and we create the memorial, it will remain hosted and accessible without additional fees.

QR Code plates can be placed on any flat surface, this includes but not limited to Tombstones, Cremation Stones, Memorial Benches or Wooden Plaques next to an Urn at home. 

**Please note Wooden Plaque and photo must be provided by client, we do not supply them. QR Codes are simply added to the plaque.
