Terms Of Service - Overview

  1. A one-year warranty is available on the QR Code Plate, starting from the date of purchase if a defect in material or workmanship causes code to not perform correctly. The item can be replaced by the seller if a defect occurs during the guarantee period. In the event of misuse, accidents, goods stolen or negligence by client, the warranty will not cover the damages. Note that this warranty does not cover wearing and tear caused by normal use or aging.
  2. Any loss, stolen, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of the services or the purchase of any products obtained through Faces Of SD&G by our clients shall not be held liable by our employees, affiliates, or suppliers. This includes, without limitation, data loss online, replacement costs, weather damage regardless of whether liability arises from contract or product purchase.
  3. Users can create personal Remembrance Pages using our platform, which includes the sale of QR Codes. As a result, we do not guarantee or make any promises about our services and changing, suspending, or discontinuing any of our services without notice is always a possibility.
  4. Certain historical information may be contained on this site. Consequently, the historical information does not pertain to the present, and is provided solely for your reference only. All information on this site may be changed at any time, but we do not have any obligation to do so. The responsibility for monitoring our site's changes lies with you.

Service and Price Changes

Our service may be removed for indefinite periods from time to time for personal reasons or in timely mannersIf we modify, price change, suspend, or discontinue the service, we won't be liable to you or to anyone else. You are provided with these services and all products through Faces Of SD&G on an as-is and as-available basis.
  2. It is your responsibility to confirm that the content you provide is yours or that you have all the necessary permissions to provide it. As a contributor, you are responsible for ensuring that the content does not violate any rights such as copyright, trademarks, privacy, or personal information.
  3. If a client gives you a code, or if you access the codes in the cemetery, we cannot guarantee that the results you obtain will be accurate or reliable. Family members or friends provide the information of the deceased, which is accurate based on their knowledge or research. Neither we nor our providers guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service error-free. 

Refund and Return Policy

  1. At this time we do not accept returns for a refund as each QR Code is personalized to your loved one. Once it is created it can no longer be of any use to anyone on our end and can not be reused. Returns are only accepted on a faulty or defected plate and a replacement will be provided. (Please see above policy on warranties, to see if your plate is suitable for a replacement.)
  2. Providing high quality products and an outstanding customer experience is our goal at Faces Of SD&G. It is understandable that sometimes things happen including errors in stories or incorrect photos added or even broken or damaged plates, if this is the case please contact us through our contact form, email or our Facebook page and we can solve the matter with whatever policy suits the situation best and arrange for replacement (if) within the warranty period.

Cancellations

  1. If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, please do so by contacting us via Contact Form, Facebook or Email as quickly as possible, as once the order is submitted; production starts within 2 days. As soon as production begins, you will be charged the standard origination fee

  2. You can request a replacement by contacting our customer support team with your order name and the reason for the replacement. As soon as we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you with further instructions.
